Which are the most popular spa treatments for women?
A new study by researchers at the University of Pennsylvania and the Johns Hopkins University suggests that women may not have to wait for their periods to be more comfortable, and may be more likely to choose baths that include bath products.
The study, published in the journal PLOS ONE, found that spa treatments were popular among women in the U.S. in the early 2000s and have been on the rise since, but there has been a slight decline since the mid-2000s.
According to the study, about 8.3 percent of women between the ages of 25 and 39 said they had used a spa treatment that included bath products in the past year, up from about 7.4 percent in 2000.
“The number of women who reported spa treatments in the last year has increased significantly,” said lead researcher Elizabeth F. Furlong, Ph.
D., an associate professor in the College of Human Ecology at Penn and a senior author of the study.
“While there is no doubt that women are becoming more comfortable bathing, we don’t know how much of that has to do with the introduction of bath products or whether they’ve also changed the way they approach bathing in general.”
The research also found that the majority of spa treatments also used in women’s treatment rooms did not have the same therapeutic benefits as those in men’s treatment facilities.
“I would suggest that men’s treatments are more likely than women’s to involve more physical activity,” said Furlung.
“And women’s treatments involve less physical activity than men’s.”
The study found that women’s spa treatments had the following advantages: The most popular treatments were baths that included a foam bath that is soft and gentle, such as the SoftFlex, which is marketed under the brand name Aire Ancient.
Another popular bath product was a bath that used mineral oil, which was marketed under Aire Natural and had similar benefits to bath oils.
Another treatment was the “pink bath,” which is a pink bath that uses natural ingredients, such like coconut oil and rose water, and is marketed as an alternative to the traditional “black” bath.
A third treatment was a gel bath, which uses a lotion and a water treatment.
Fountains are also popular, but they were only among the top three treatments among women.
The spa treatments most popular among men, however, were those that involve massage.
“Men were more likely [to use] massage products than women,” Furluddin said.
This may be because men are more physically active and therefore more likely, Furlunghong said. “
However, the massage products that women were more comfortable using were not all as popular as the massage product that men were using.”
This may be because men are more physically active and therefore more likely, Furlunghong said.
And men tend to have higher levels of cortisol, a hormone that has been linked to increased risk of osteoporosis, depression and other health problems.
Fathoms are popular among older women, but the study found no difference in spa treatments between younger and older women.
Faucets and bathrobes are also becoming popular among younger women, as are shower and bathtubs.
A recent study, however.
published in PLOS One, found some women were choosing to change their bath tub or shower, while others are opting for more modern baths that are more functional, like the Kino, which also uses natural products.
But, Firthanghong cautions, there are no data to back up the trend.
“We don’t have enough data to know for sure,” she said.
So, who are the women who go to the spa?
The research found that more than half of women aged 25-39 said they’d visited a spa, or had done so at least once in the previous year.
The majority of women had been bathing for a few months, and about 25 percent had been at a spa for several months.
More than half (54 percent) of women ages 40-49 said they visited a bath or spa in the year prior to their survey.
“A spa is a time to relax, to take a break, to refresh yourself, to relax,” Firthang said.
For those women who do go to a spa to relax during their busy work days, Futhunghorn said it’s important to take advantage of the spa’s features.
For instance, they are often located near restaurants, shops and other businesses that offer relaxing activities.
“If you do go there and your job requires you to get in shape, then you want to make sure that you’re getting the right exercise,” she added.
Firthong said that there’s a lot of information available online about the benefits of a spa.
However, she said it can be hard to figure out exactly what’s best for you.
“In the end, there’s no such thing as a ‘one size fits all,'” Firthung said
